The Interview with Sayyed Nouraddin Ashkevary  

The secretary of scientific board of coungress Hajatolislam Ashkevary at the begining of interview mentioning his deep attachment to Shahid Sadr, explains about his friendship with him. Mr. Ashkevary after the first participation in one of Shahid Sadr classes, Deeply bewitched by Shahid Sadr and encreased his intrest to him. In his opinion, Shahid Sadr was a genius in muslem world, who his innovation in the field of roots of law theology and jurisprudence, philosophy, Islamic economy and especially his elaborate analyses about Induction problem, surprised all. Shahid Sadr in spite of his great scientific degree, was very humbled to himself, facing students and other people, so that resulted to his friends and his students' objection. Mr. Ashkevary analyses Shahid Sadr's ideas in the field of History of Islam and Imams life, the scince of roots of law theology, probability theory and its checking to roots of law, Islamic economy and features of his "book about revealed prescripts" (Resale Amaliya). Shahid Sadr in the field of Imams life theorized to indicate the unity and coherence of apparent different actions of shiaa Imams and explains the internal unity in their manners and actions. In the field of roots sicence [Usole], Shahid Sadr in the book called "The new principal features" (Maalem al-jadida), ponders the thought and historical fields of forming of roots science and resulted in a new period in roots of law. In this period the problems of roots of law are pondered from a social (not individual) point of view. One of Shahid Sadr's innovations, is entering probability arithmetic in different aspects of Jurisprudence and root of law. Paying attention to probability arthmetic naturally causes active man's opinion in all aspects and taking into consideration all sides interferes in comprehention a command of religion, therefore, Shahid Sadr believes in the importance of paying attention to legal presumption and social situations and circomstances. So, it results to being very clearance his legal provisions. In a book called "our economy", Shahid Sadr, separating man's constant needs and changed needs, explaines the necessity of indicating constant legal provisions and changed legal provisions and explaines that changed legal provisions were indicated by Holy law - given for jurisdiction and he issuses it, in a certain framework, to satisfy man's changed needs.

 Ayatullah Sayyid Mohammad, Bagir al-Hakim 

He has referred to his close relationship with the late Martyr al-Sadr where attended his classesof Al-Kifayah lessons, and explained the traits of his teachings in six cases: (First) he used to deliver lectures with the book closed, then took a look at expressionslater on. (Secondly) he had a unique way in teaching lessons.(Third) the way of teaching was the same as the writer himself did, in spite of his unbelieving in most of lessons. (Fourth) couraging students and helping them posing their questions which leading to create power of thinking in students' winds.

 He helped students for conceiving, and not scilencing them was the fifth trait of Martyr al-Sadr's teaching. Marty was al-Sadr presented a collection of cultural activities in various rules, philosophy, Kalam(thealogy, sociology) and the history philosophy.

 In this interview, Sayyid Mohammed Baqir al-Hakim has shown the role of Marty al-Sadr in the lslamic revolution of lraq. He also has added that the Martyr was the drafsman of thought activities and plans of Islamic organizations in Iraq. (First) he could have presented the appropriate marji'iyyah (supreme religious authority). (Second) he was acquainted with the role and impact of political organizations in the arena of Islam and its relation with marji'iyyah leadership. (Third) he took a collection of due measures in connection with the dimensions of Islamic movement in Iraq by supporting Imam Khumayni(RA) and the Islamic Revolution of Iran.

 Through sending an envoy to the late Imam Khumayni(RA), announcing his readiness to serve the revolution and its leader. In the wake of martyrdom of the educator. Ayatullah Murtada Mutahhari, he made a memorial service for honouring him. Martyr al-Sadr has asked for students to dissolve in Imam Khumayni's thoughts. 

In this regard, he made an extensive and public movement which led him to be arrested and achieved martyrdom. 

With paying no attention to religious tendencies, Martyr al-Sadr used to motivate people in Iraq when he addressed both the Shia and Sunni. Due to his view, it is possible to form a government leads to make forum for proximity of Islamic denominations.

 He did much attempts to establish solidarity between Hawza (Islamic seminary) and university. In this regard, he used to hold weekly meeting at his home to answer questions raised by the enlightened and edeucated. 

Ayatulla al-Sayyid la-Hakim has mentioned also through the interview the traits of Martyr al-Sadr in the field of innovation and said: 

1. Integration between two elements of conventional understanding and practical accuracy in legal proof. 

2. Capability of deduction from Islamic - analytic theory. 

3. Paying attention to the social sense of reason and narrative.

 4. comprehensiveness and generality.

 5. Use of philosophical accuracy in principles of jurisprudence.
